NatFem Sleep Balm formula is simply dreamy!
Mugwort and rosemary harvested from the Archeus gardens, and lavender are slowly infused into certified organic sunflower oil. When that delicate and alchemical process is finished, the oil is triple-filtered and the balm is made with some extra additions like gorgeous Roman Chamomile essential oil and the earthy aromatics of vetiver essential oil (Vetiver is known in ayurvedic medicine as the 'oil of tranquility'). Divine!
Simply massage a small amount of balm onto temples, forehead and chest before going to sleep. It is also lovely to use as a relaxing massage balm for a tired and aching body.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL Archeus | NatFem Botanics balms have at least a 3 year shelf life. Just keep them stored in a cool dark place and they'll stay good for years.

We use a low-heat percolation method for botanical extraction. This process ensures extracts of the highest quality without compromising the integrity of active components found naturally in the plant material.
Please note: this product is made with natural ingredients. This can result in slight variations in texture, colour and aroma between batches. The consistency of the balm will respond to changes in temperature.

Vetiver
Native to India. In western and northern India, it’s popularly known as khus. It is also known as 'the oil of tranquility'.
It is thought to help boost the immune nad nervous system and soothe anxiety and nerves. Studies show its effectiviness in treating children with ADHD.
Lavender
For centuries, lavender has been used as a general tonic, sedative, antispasmodic, antibacterial, diuretic, and digestive aid. In folklore, lavender has powers of love, protection, sleep, chastity, longevity, purification, happiness and peace. Our lavender is grown and harvested in our gardens.
Mugwort
Mugwort has a range of uses, and is particularly known for is sedative and muscle relaxant properties. Mugwort contains many compounds, particularly monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids which can help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and decrease anxiety. Our mugwort is all grown and harvested in our gardens.
