You can follow progress of your order delivery through the tracking emails you will receive once the order has left us.

Please note: if your package is rural delivery, you may receive a 'delivered' notification when the courier hands the parcel over to NZ Post for rural delivery. Please be aware there may still be a day or two before the rural delivery takes place.
