With this in mind, we no longer issue new rewards points, but if you are an existing customer, log into your account to check your existing rewards balance that can be used up until 31 March.

We’ll be bringing our rewards points programme to a close on 31 March 2026. Over time, we’ve realised that a points system doesn’t reflect the way we want to care for our customers, and we’re choosing to return to keeping things simpler and more personal.

Why are you ending the rewards programme?

We want to reduce complexity behind the scenes and put our energy into what matters most — making our products with care and offering thoughtful, human service.

What happens to my points?

Any existing points can be used as usual until 31 March 2026, in a simple, capped way.

Will you offer loyalty rewards in the future?

Yes — we’ll be moving towards more personal ways of saying thank you, including occasional gifts and early access, rather than a points-based system.

Terms & Conditions

  • Anyone who signs up via the Archeus website can join our Rewards programme. An email address must be supplied to sign up. Please note our rewards programme will end on 31 March 2026.
  • Points can be earned through purchases of certain Archeus products (excludes bundles, sale items, aromatics, book, workshops, artist & artisans range, gift cards). Every $1 spent = 1 Rewards point. 10 points = $1 when redeemed.
  • Loyalty vouchers can not be stacked or use with any other discounts (eg. our 10% welcome offer).
  • Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases.
  • Points cannot be used to purchase bundles, sale items or discounted purchases.
  • Points can also be earned by liking our Facebook page, following us on Instagram, or writing a product review.
  • Rewards cannot be applied to shipping costs.
  • Rewards are valid for 90 days from the issue date.
  • Rewards cannot be transferred to another customer.
  • Reward points are redeemable for Archeus products only online at www.archeus.nz
  • Earned points will be deducted from your Rewards account for products returned.
  • Archeus reserves the right to modify or cancel the Archeus Rewards Programme at any time.
  • To remain a member of our Rewards programme, you must be subscribed to our email database. If you unsubscribe, your Rewards account will no longer be valid.
  • While Reward points are not earned on gift card purchases, they are earned when gift cards are redeemed for Archeus products.
  • Coupons can only be redeemed once. If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
