I think of this remedy as a hug in a bottle, a friend when needed, a tall tree to give strength when that is needed too.
I first made this plant essence blend one week after Cyclone Gabrielle struck Hawke's Bay in 2023. I made essences from plants growing in the Archeus gardens (organically of course!) as it felt as if they wanted to be part of the healing process after the cyclone.
Those plants have all flourished and remain beautiful examples of resilience and healing, and so here they are, gathered trough the seasons and offering beautiful support when love and resilience is what is needed in your world.

How to Use
Add two drops of the essenceto water and and sip. This can work beautifully for acute issues. For long-standing problems, you might need to sip from it throughout the day.
In a crisis you could take four drops from the stock bottle on the tongue. Be careful not to let the dropper touch your mouth.
You could also place it in a diffuser, use it to anoint pulse or chakra points.
*There is a small amount of grape alcohol in this remedy to act as a preservative. If you want to reduce it further, simple add the drops to hot water and the alcohol will evaporate.

In herbalism, calendula is one of our favourites as it is so gentle yet so effective as an antibacterial and antiseptic agent. Its golden petals create rich golden oils and tinctures. We see this energy extended into the plant essence. Its sunny disposition helps strengthen and comfort the heart. Its sunny confidence is infectious, and it can help you win respect and admiration of everyone you meet.
Silver Birch
In folklore, the silver birch tress is regarded as a feminine spirit and is known as 'the lady of the woods'. In medicine, silver birch sap and an infusion made from her leaves is a tonic after long winter nights. In our plant essences we love to work with this nurturing female energy.
Motherwort
The botanical name of motherwort is Leonurus cardiaca, which means the lionhearted. In herbal medcine motherwort is used as a heart remedy and to support women through menopause, easing hot flushes, stress and irregular periods. We love her big hearted energy and they way she supports use through the menopause transition and on into our wise-woman years.
