I've been through the menopause transition and have experienced many of the changes it can bring. Vaginal and vulval dryness is such a big issue for so many women and so I created the NatFem vaginal moisturiser Original Balm as a natural and hormone free alternative to estrogenic products on the market.

For those who prefer a beeswax-free option we recommend NatFem Original Oil (vegan).

These products are infused with herbs that are renowned for their soothing, calming qualities and that 'play nice' with sensitive areas. NatFem does NOT contain anything that might irritate delicate bits such as glycerin, parabens or essential oils.

I'm getting emails and messages from women telling me how much NatFem has helped, and many are saying they were told about NatFem by their doctor, gynecologist, endocrinologist or pelvic health physiotherapist.
