How to Use

Take a dropperful neat or in water 30 minutes before going to bed. Take weekends or weeks off taking it every now and then.

My go to cannot do without tincture I take just before bed every night. I didnt realise I was almost out and had to message Georgina and ask if she was making more as the website was out of stock! No way did I want to miss a night without my 'go to' night time routine staple!
