How to Use
Add two drops of the essenceto water and and sip. This can work beautifully for acute issues. For long-standing problems, you might need to sip from it throughout the day.
In a crisis you could take four drops from the stock bottle on the tongue. Be careful not to let the dropper touch your mouth.
You could also place it in a diffuser, use it to anoint pulse or chakra points.
*There is a small amount of grape alcohol in this remedy to act as a preservative. If you want to reduce it further, simple add the drops to hot water and the alcohol will evaporate.

Connect to Nature
Plant essences (also known as flower remedies) are a beautiful way to deepen an energetic connection to nature to enhance emotional and psychological well-being.
Brought into mainstream awareness by Dr. Edward Bach in the early 20th century, these remedies are used by many people who find they promote a sense of well-being by addressing underlying emotional states. Each flower essence is associated with a specific emotion or state of mind, such as anxiety, stress, fear, or sadness. These essences are thought to work by transferring the vibrational energy of the flower into the user, helping to restore emotional harmony.
We make our plant essence blends from plants and trees growing organically in the Archeus gardens. We produce our mother essences seasonally and in alignment with the lunar calendar.

Mallow
In herbal medicine mallow is a plant that can aid digestion and soothe the digetive tract. Energetically we see it as a plant that soothes safe passage. We have used it energetically to support people in birth and at the end of life.
Borage
Throughout history, borage has been regarded as a herb that counters melancholy. In herbal medicine it is used to increase brest milk production, reduce inflammation of the lungs and to aid relaxation. Energetically, we work with its sense of release and letting go of burdens.
Evening Primrose
There is a point in the life cycle of the evening primrose plant, when it goes from taken up a lot of space, to doing all it can to make way for others. Energetically, we adore this sense of flexibility and grace, especially useful when we find ourselves in new or difficult circumstances.
Silver Birch
In folklore, the silver birch tress is regarded as a feminine spirit and is known as 'the lady of the woods'. In medicine, silver birch sap and an infusion made from her leaves is a tonic after long winter nights. In our plant essences we love to work with this nurturing female energy.
