Aches & Pains is bliss for sore muscles, aching feet, tired limbs. Seasonally-harvested from plants growing organically in our gardens and in the surrounding forest, botanic extracts that are rich in anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties combine to create an oil elixir that is wonderful for massaging into sore muscles, aching feet and tired limbs. The melissa balm, lavender and comfrey all come from my garden and the poplar buds are from trees growing nearby. Each of these ingredients are renowned for helping with muscles, tendons and pain.

      Directions for use

      This is beautiful to use as a massage oil. Put a couple of pumps of the oil into the palm of your hand and then massage into affected area.

      Because this product contains arnica do not use on broken skin. Do not use internally or on intimate areas.
